When you think Peanut Butter and Jelly you think of those sandwiches your mom would pack for you when you were in grade school. They were sweet and delicious. They filled you up and got you ready to face the second half of the day. That classic lunch brings up the nostalgia of childhood, but PB&J is also a movement.

 

Celibrate national PB&J Day

National PB&J day started as a way to encourage people to protect the environment by reducing the amount of animal products we eat. It is celebrated on April 2nd of each year, but you can recognize the PB&J movement every day by eating vegan-friendly candy.
